Customer Service Rep - Remote

Job Description

The contract is 100% remote, but the goal is to convert and FTEs must be hybrid so will only consider candidates who are hybrid to one of the below locations: Clayton, MO; White Plains, NY; NYC; Dallas, TX; Madison, WI; and Wilmington, DE. The hybrid office location is required on resume to be considered 8:30am - 5pm CST but flexible a bit in each direction.

Responsibilities

• Absorb product knowledge quickly and process information to apply to client needs.
• Proactively manage order process.
• Assist customer-facing team to deliver prompt, convenient, and professional customer service to assigned clients.
• Assist team with back-end tasks, such as but not limited to, invoicing, sending data requests, and following up with clients.

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of business-to-business (B2B) client/customer service experience is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical stills, along with excellent organizational, time management, and multi-taking skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suit applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Pay

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr.

Schedule

8:30am - 5pm CST but flexible a bit in each direction
