We’re looking for a Customer Service & Purchasing Manager with commercial printing experience to keep orders moving, materials stocked, and customers happy! What You’ll Do Manage customer orders from inquiry to final delivery. Prepare estimates and quotes and ensure accurate order entry. Purchase paper, envelopes, and production supplies to keep operations running smoothly. Monitor inventory and build strong vendor relationships. Coordinate with prepress, digital and offset printing, bindery, finishing, and shipping teams. Keep production schedules, customer expectations, and material needs aligned. What You Bring Experience working in a commercial printing company is a must! Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. The ability to juggle multiple orders and deadlines without missing the details. Familiarity with print specifications, production processes, and purchasing.
