About the role

As a Customer Service Rep/Expediter, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, process orders accurately, and ensure timely delivery. You’ll also assist in making our delicious products and keeping the store clean.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are correctly entered into our system
• Coordinate with teams to expedite orders and manage delivery timelines
• Track orders and provide real-time updates to customers on order status
• Collaborate with customers to resolve any order discrepancies or delays
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the company's database
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to customers when appropriate
• Assist in making all delicious products we sell
• Assist in keeping our stores clean

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age or older
• Experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment (a bonus)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience in expediting (a bonus)
