Customer Service Rep

Your Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for our branch, providing order support and product information for our customers.
• Work closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit, and Delivery to support the order fulfillment process.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers, providing world class service.
• Apply exemplary customer service, analytics, and problem-solving skills.
• Process and review dealer orders, requests, and system-generated acknowledgements using proficient computer skills.
• Perform any other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.

Your Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Personable, enthusiastic, and engaging personality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Physical Requirements

This role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. The role also requires good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength. The position involves lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on specific job duties.

Compensation Range

$20.00 – $40.00 per hour. The actual base salary offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
