Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide effective communication daily with clients, vendors and co-workers in a professional, courteous manner in person, telephonically or via email.
- Perform clerical duties as needed including printing, scanning and proofing documents.
- Create and maintain electronic logs for tracking purposes.
- Review data discrepancies.
- Maintain high level of professionalism to establish a positive rapport with the clientele.
Minimum Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent required.
- One (1) year minimum experience in customer service or data entry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong technology and computer skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong organizational skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications preferred.
Work Environment
- Professional office work environment.
- Shift: 9AM-6PM CT.
