Responsibilities

• Input customer orders
• Input customer credits
• Input order and invoicing information accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist customers with orders and problems
• Contact vendors and request samples for customers
• Provide informative and professional assistance when working with the public, customers, vendors, and co‑workers
• Perform administrative responsibilities such as checking faxes and mail daily, writing sample requests and special orders when necessary
• Attend training and Customer Service meetings
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
• 6‑12 months customer service, call center and/or related area
• Ability to multitask with excellent attention to detail
• Fast learner, good computer skills, phone etiquette, high‑volume phone and customer service experience
• Strong customer service skills
• No attendance issues
