Responsibilities
- Input customer orders.
- Input customer credits.
- Input order and invoicing information accurately and in a timely manner.
- Aid customers with orders and problems.
- Contact vendors and request samples for customers.
- Provide informative and professional assistance to the public, customers, vendors, and co-workers.
- Perform administrative tasks such as checking faxes and mail, handling sample requests, and special orders as needed.
- Handle Will Call orders.
- Intercompany order processing.
- Riskconnect, FedEx processing.
- Attend training and Customer Service meetings.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
- 6 - 12 months customer service, call center, and/or related experience.
- Experience in foodservice industry preferred.
