About the role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will interact with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide intermediate-level support and complex information on products or services.
Responsibilities
- Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
- Communicate pricing, shipping dates, and appropriate order information to customers to ensure order fulfillment and satisfaction.
- Contact customers to respond to complex inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or any planned adjustments.
- Collect and enter orders for new or additional products or services.
- Support inside and outside sales.
- Update and maintain files, including data entry.
- Field first-level escalated and complex customer problems and needs; when the issue is beyond the coordinator’s knowledge, forward to the assigned specialist or other appropriate colleagues.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments.
- Build relationships.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Skills
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of products.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
- Good knowledge of basic office equipment (e.g., copiers, fax machines, calculators).
- Strong organization and data entry skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $24.18 - $41.20 annually. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires falls between $25.00 and $30.00 annually. Offers may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
