Customer Service Rep

About the Role

You will serve as the key customer contact for our branch, providing order support and product information for our customers. We are looking for a resourceful team player with a positive, professional attitude to join our team, working closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit, and Delivery to support the order fulfillment process.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive rapport with customers, providing world-class service.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service, analytics, and problem-solving skills.
• Use proficient computer skills to process and review dealer orders, requests, and system-generated acknowledgements.
• Perform any other duty, task, or responsibility as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Personable, enthusiastic, and engaging personality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Physical Requirements

This role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. The role also requires good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength. The position involves lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on the specific job duties.

Pay

$20.00 - $40.00. To comply with Pay Transparency laws, employers must disclose an annual salary range. Actual offers depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also offer variable compensation.
