Customer Service Rep

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day customer service operations.
• Assist customers and answer incoming calls.
• Schedule service appointments and route deliveries for bottled water and salt.
• Maintain and enter data in NetSuite.
• Support basic collections and bookkeeping tasks.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• Hands‑on customer service experience.
• Route scheduling experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic Microsoft Excel experience.
• Basic understanding of general service installation duties.
• General accounting knowledge for resolving billing issues and reducing accounts receivable delinquency.
• Basic understanding of Accounts Payable process.
• High energy level and passion for excellence in treating and caring for customers.
