Customer Service Rep

About the role

Provide day-to-day customer service operations, including assisting customers, answering incoming calls, scheduling service appointments and route deliveries for bottled water and salt, maintaining and entering data in NetSuite, and supporting basic collections and bookkeeping tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and answer incoming calls
• Schedule service appointments and route deliveries for bottled water and salt
• Maintain and enter data in NetSuite
• Support basic collections and bookkeeping tasks
• Resolve billing issues and reduce account receivable delinquency
• Support the Accounts Payable process

Requirements

• Associate degree preferred
• Hands-on customer service experience
• Route scheduling experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic Microsoft Excel experience
• Basic understanding of general service installation duties
• General accounting knowledge
• High energy and passion for excellence in customer care
