Position Description

• Provide day‑to‑day customer service operations, including assisting customers, answering incoming calls, scheduling service appointments, and routing deliveries for bottled water and salt.
• Maintain and enter data in NetSuite.
• Support basic collections and bookkeeping tasks.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred with hands‑on customer service experience.
• Route scheduling experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic Microsoft Excel experience.
• Basic understanding of general service installation duties.
• General accounting knowledge for resolving billing issues and reducing accounts receivable delinquency.
• Basic understanding of Accounts Payable process.
• Requires a great deal of energy and a passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
