Customer Service Rep

About the Role

Join Culligan Ultrapure, a trusted leader in water purification and softening since 1962, and be part of a team that serves communities across multiple states. We’re passionate about making a positive impact through better water, and we’re looking for someone to provide day-to-day customer service operations, including assisting customers, scheduling appointments, and supporting administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and answer incoming calls
• Schedule service appointments and route deliveries for bottled water and salt
• Maintain and enter data in NetSuite
• Support basic collections and bookkeeping tasks

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred
• Hands-on customer service experience
• Route scheduling experience preferred
• Basic Microsoft Excel experience
• Basic understanding of general service installation duties
• General accounting knowledge for resolving billing issues and reducing account receivable delinquency
• Basic understanding of Accounts Payable process
