About the role
The Customer Service Representative position will be responsible for customer service, office administration and sales support. This person will work out of our Green Bay location but will be assisting our Medford location.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and route to the appropriate person
- Filing and general office organization
- Enter data and import quotes into the computer system
- Generate BOLs using RedWood and contact carriers to schedule pick-ups
- Confirm order status, shipments, and delivery dates and times to customers
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, required
- One year of office experience, preferred
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Products, preferred
