Responsibilities
- Operate all equipment
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
- Prepare product
- Receive and process telephone orders
- Clean equipment and facility daily
- Deliver product by car and then to door of customer
- Deliver flyers and door hangers
Requirements
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Ability to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
Work Conditions
Exposure to:
- In-store temperatures ranging from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas
- Sudden temperature changes in work area and while outside
- Fumes from food odors
- Cornmeal dust
- Cramped quarters including walk-in cooler
- Hot surfaces from oven/tools up to 500°F or higher
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts
Sensory requirements:
- Talking and hearing on telephone
- Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks
- Depth perception
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces

Physical Demands
- Standing for most tasks on ceramic tile or linoleum surfaces; work surfaces between 36" and 48" high
- Walking short distances for short durations, including between store and delivery vehicle
- Sitting for paperwork at a desk or table
- Lifting up to 50 pounds (e.g., cases of ingredients and supplies from floor to shelves up to 72" high)
- Carrying up to 30 pounds (e.g., pizza sauce, trays of pizza dough, pizzas, and beverages)
- Pushing/pulling trays on dollies (force up to 7.5 pounds for stacks 24"-30" high)
- Climbing stairs or ladders for tasks such as changing prices, washing walls, or performing maintenance; may require navigating five or more flights of stairs during deliveries
- Stooping/bending at the waist for 30-45 seconds repeatedly (e.g., at pizza assembly station, front counter, or while stocking ingredients)
- Crouching/squatting occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas
- Reaching continuously in all directions (up, down, forward) for tasks such as turning oven controls, changing prices, lifting objects, scooping ingredients, cleaning, or answering phones
