Responsibilities

• Operate all store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and walk-in coolers.
• Prepare product and receive/process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
• Provide training and orientation for new team members.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Strong verbal communication skills for processing orders over the phone and in person.
• Proficiency in making correct monetary change.
• Motor coordination for rapid, precise movements (e.g., keyboard/touch screen order entry).
• Near and mid-range vision for in-store tasks, depth perception, and ability to differentiate hot/cold surfaces.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, and meet quality control standards.

Physical Requirements

• Standing: Most tasks performed while standing.
• Walking: Short distances for brief durations.
• Stooping/Bending: Forward bending at the waist (e.g., pizza assembly, stocking ingredients).
• Crouching/Squatting: Occasionally to stock shelves or clean low areas.
• Reaching: Continuously in all directions (up, down, forward) for tasks like oven controls, stocking, or cleaning.
• Hand Tasks: Eye-hand coordination essential; frequent use of shoulders, forearms, and wrists (e.g., shaping dough, using pizza peel/cutter).
