Customer Service Professional Michigan City, IN 100% Onsite Salary: $$47,840.00 to $$54,080.00 Our client is seeking a Customer Service Professional to join their collaborative customer support team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Schedule Monday-Friday, 8-hour shiftsRotating schedule between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM to support customer coverageSchedule provided several weeks in advanceOccasional overtime available as business needs arise- NOT mandated Responsibilities Manage incoming customer calls and emails, providing professional and timely support while routing inquiries to the appropriate departments when neededResearch and resolve customer questions related to orders, shipments, aftermarket parts, and account access, ensuring ongoing communication and follow-upCreate, update, and maintain customer cases within the CRM system, including accurate data entry and documentation of customer interactionsAssist customers and channel partners with user account setup, login support, and general system access requestsCollaborate with internal teams to expedite urgent requests, track orders, and deliver exceptional customer service Qualifications Previous customer service experience required (2+ years at least)Strong data entry and computer skillsAbility to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented when assisting frustrated customersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment Software & Systems CRM experience preferred (Salesforce is a plus)Microsoft Outlook and Excel experience helpfulExperience working with shared drives and multiple systemsCall center or phone system experience is a plus (RingCentral/RingCX) Preferred Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required #INAUG2026 Click here to apply online
