Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer questions and concerns
• Enter and maintain customer information within company systems
• Process documentation and ensure records are accurate and up to date
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and provide exceptional service
• Support daily administrative and operational functions as needed

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, administrative, or office experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Pay

Salary range: $36,400 - $38,480 annually. Compensation is based on qualifications, with bilingual candidates eligible for higher starting pay.

Schedule

Work Hours: Monday‑Friday (100% onsite in Elkhart, IN).
