Amphenol Communications Solutions is seeking a customer-focused professional to support customer accounts, order management, and planning and purchasing activities. This role works closely with customers, internal teams, and global manufacturing sites to coordinate orders, monitor inventory and delivery schedules, and resolve issues. The ideal candidate brings strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage changing priorities while ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, availability, shipment status, lead times, pricing and escalations in timely manner.
• Build strong customer relationships through responsive communication and professional problem-solving.
• Handle customer concerns with urgency while maintaining a high level of professionalism via email and phone to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently through internal order management systems.
• Review product, shipping, and documentation requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Access customer portals as needed to retrieve
