- Conduct in-depth research to resolve guest concerns
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
- Strong multitasking skills with proficiency in multiple PC applications

Schedule
- Shift Options (8-Hour Schedules): 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekend off; schedule preference not guaranteed—flexibility required.
