Customer Service Operations Representative (Remote, US)
About the role
The role is a Service Operations Representative for Curri's Customer Operations Team. This is an exciting role in a fast-paced environment where you'll make every delivery a success.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate deliveries from booking to successful drop-off and everything in between
- Provide best-in-class support for our customers and drivers via chat and phone
- Communicate with pickup and drop-off contacts to ensure deliveries are completed successfully and smoothly
- Provide operational feedback and identify pain points for the team to optimize logistics
Requirements
- Funny personality, positive attitude, eagerness to learn
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Top-notch customer service skills
- Proficient in G-Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets)
