Customer Service On-Site Representative

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service or customer relations experience preferred
• Ability to work under stress while remaining professional at all times, be proactive and work efficiently independently with no supervision and good communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

$18.82 - $22.00 Hourly

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement systems to maximize the utilization of KNX's assets while working in an assigned customers environment
• Communicate effectively and professionally with assigned customer personnel on all levels while developing positive and solid relationships to enhance growth
• Must have knowledge of ISO customer service processes regardless of whether performing the functions on a daily basis or not
• Assist in collecting and maintaining current customer information in the system
• Work with all Swift internal departments to resolve customer or company issues when necessary
• Serve as an on-site daily extension of Sales to expand business revenue by exploring all dedicated, rail, and logistics opportunities with Customers
• Communicates daily with responsible Swift planning centers to ensure customer commitments are being met
• Generates appropriate reports regarding service, OS&D, accessorial, etc. to assist in evaluating cost factors associated with business
• Perform any other responsible related job duties as required by Customer
