About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Manager to help us build a strong, service-driven team from the ground up. This position requires prior banking experience and a strong understanding of branch operations and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving branch goals.
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, bank policies, security procedures, and operational standards.
- Foster a strong sales and service culture by coaching employees, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting customer relationship development.
- Serve as a key banking resource for customers and staff, assisting with complex banking needs, lending activities, and branch leadership, including acting as Branch Manager when needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of banking experience in branch operations, sales, or customer service.
- Candidates without prior banking experience will not be considered.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including supervising, coaching, or leading a team in a customer-facing environment.
- Strong knowledge of banking products, services, regulations, and branch operations, with the ability to apply that knowledge in day-to-day decision-making.
- Prominent customer service, sales, and relationship-building skills, including experience identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate banking solutions.
