Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a standout customer experience through face-to-face interactions and customer relationships.
- Manage and maintain the property, including lock checks and showing units to customers.
- Rent self-storage spaces, sell store merchandise, manage the leasing process, accept payments using the Point-of-Sale System (POS), complete daily bank deposits, and make courtesy calls regarding late payments.
- Process invoices, manage reports, and handle legal processes related to auctions.
- Oversee the store's expense budget and manage store supplies and retail inventory.
Requirements
- A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
- Experience in delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
- A self-driven mindset with a strong operational focus.
- Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
- The ability to work Saturdays.
- Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance.
Qualifications
- The ability to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb, or balance on a ladder.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship.
