Customer Service Manager _ Inertial Aerospace

About the role
The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and coordinating repairs and maintenance services. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of aviation industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance services for customer equipment
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers
- Monitor and maintain customer relationships to enhance satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in customer service or aviation-related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of aviation industry standards and regulations
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with customer relationship management systems
- Understanding of aviation equipment and repair processes
