About the role

Maersk Warehousing and Distribution USA LLC handles end-to-end warehousing and distribution Transportation and Logistics needs utilizing our strategic network of storage facilities. Our facilities are capable of receiving, storing, processing and dispatching cargo, so we can build flexibility and resilience into the supply chain process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage customer expectations (KPI, service levels)
  • Oversee office functions internal / external
  • Support operations
  • Understand job duties and serve as back up for other positions
  • Support staff as needed
  • Design and implement improved process or operational policies
  • Recommends changes to products or services to fulfill customer needs

Requirements

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Should be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

Qualifications

Full time and on-site.
