Responsibilities

- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts

- Perform periodic stock checks and maintain accurate records
- Assist in training new team members and mentoring existing staff
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Experience in retail or hospitality industry
- Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
