About the role
The Customer Service Manager at Famous Supply is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and damage-free delivery of products to customers. This role involves leading team members to maintain a clean, neat, and organized warehouse while performing warehousing and delivery responsibilities as needed.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring product is handled with care to prevent damage
- Attention to detail to ensure warehouse tasks listed above are done accurately
- Maintaining accurate inventory counts
- Keeping warehouse clean, neat, and organized
- Helping load the truck
- Navigating to stops on a company-provided Smartphone
- Unloading materials for customers
- Verifying delivery accuracy
- Providing friendly and helpful customer service
- Pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
Requirements
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand on feet for majority of an 8-hour day
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Acceptable driving record
Skills
- Leadership experience
- Forklift experience
- Customer service experience
- Building industry experience and requisite product knowledge
- Experience working in a warehouse
- Experience using RF Scanners
