Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a standout customer experience through face-to-face interactions and customer relationships.
  • Meet monthly sales goals and metrics by managing the leasing process, accepting payments, and completing daily bank deposits.
  • Manage the invoice review and approval process within the database, processing invoices and managing reports.
  • Oversee the store's expense budget, maintaining store supplies and retail inventory.
  • Perform daily operational tasks such as lock checks, showing units to customers, and managing the store's physical environment.

Qualifications

  • A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
  • Experience in delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
  • A self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
  • Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
  • The ability to work Saturdays.
  • Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance.
  • Frequent physical demands including standing, sitting, kneeling, crouching, crawling, bending, climbing, and balancing.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship.
