Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve sales and service performance metrics
  • Guide the customer service team
  • Manage the complete sales administration process
  • Coordinate responses to customer inquiries about order status
  • Assist with the preparation of quotes on LTA's, integrating estimating, purchasing, quality, and customer engineering functions
  • Offer comprehensive support to the team and direct in challenging situations
  • Present relevant metrics to senior staff meetings
  • Support customer visits, communicate organizational vision, and address other customer requests
  • Be prepared to stand in for senior staff meetings and present confidently in front of groups
  • Update department metrics on a regular basis

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of college education and/or 5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in a Customer Service Management role in manufacturing
