Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve sales and service performance metrics
- Guide the customer service team
- Manage the complete sales administration process
- Coordinate responses to customer inquiries about order status
- Assist with the preparation of quotes on LTA's, integrating estimating, purchasing, quality, and customer engineering functions
- Offer comprehensive support to the team and direct in challenging situations
- Present relevant metrics to senior staff meetings
- Support customer visits, communicate organizational vision, and address other customer requests
- Be prepared to stand in for senior staff meetings and present confidently in front of groups
- Update department metrics on a regular basis
Requirements
- 2-4 years of college education and/or 5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in a Customer Service Management role in manufacturing
