ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible to greet, make eye contact, and “Thank” each guest that you service.
- Responsible for delivering a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience, that meets our guests’ expectation.
- Responsible for projecting oneself in a professional manner in accordance with our dress code and personal grooming policy.
- Responsible for working in a safe manner and for maintaining a neat and clean work area at all times in accordance with our policies and procedures.
- Responsible for assisting the Assistant Customer Service Team Leader - Office in the supervision of the Guest Service area.
- Responsible for assisting the Assistant Customer Service Team Leader - Office with daily cash and sales activities.
- Responsible for training and coaching Guest Service teammates in order to ensure that we are delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our guests.
- Responsible for accurately processing all guest transactions including but not limited to check cashing, bill payment, ATM transactions, Lottery, Western Union.
- Responsible for ensuring that the Guest Service area and related items are properly secured while working and at the end of each shift.
- Responsible for communicating new policies or promotional programs to our guests.
- Responsible for performing other related duties as assigned by management and adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills.

- 6-12 months of related experience.
