Customer Service Lead - Full Time

This role involves providing courteous customer service both in person and by phone, directing calls, and assisting guests with questions in-store. Responsibilities include operating cash registers, processing transactions such as refunds, credits, lottery sales, money orders, and media purchases, and assisting with self-checkouts. It requires maintaining knowledge of store programs, product locations, and equipment operation, while ensuring compliance with security, safety, and food safety policies. The position involves maintaining a clean, well-stocked department, communicating store promotions, and reporting issues to management. Additional duties may include supporting other departments based on customer needs and performing assigned tasks as required. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, with preferred retail experience. Strong verbal communication, customer service, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential, along with good reading, writing, and arithmetic skills. Physical requirements involve lifting up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally, standing, walking, and performing physical movements in a varied environment.
