Customer Service Lead Coordinator
Job Responsibilities
Establish relationships with staff, faculty, staff, and students
Receive service requests via phone calls, emails, and online submissions
Dispatch technician to respond to service calls
Create, enter data, and close work orders
Work with supervisors to maintain an accurate work order backlog
Provide information to personnel in times of crisis
Work closely with the SRC supervisor in developing programs to facilitate communication
Qualifications
- One (1) year of call and customer service experience
- Must be able to interact and possess communication skills with individuals at all levels of organization, as well as clients, vendors, and sub-contractors
- Attention to detail is required
- Must possess flexibility towards work assignments and be a great teammate
- Must be able to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and to communicate effectively in writing
- Possess motivation and initiative to perform assigned duties with a minimum of direct supervision

Compensation
COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $22.00 to $25.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
