What You'll Do:

  • Lead and mentor our incredible CSR team
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients and their pets
  • Manage appointments, phones, and client communications like a pro
  • Navigate veterinary software and medical terminology with confidence
  • Partner with doctors and technicians to keep the hospital running smoothly
  • Help create a positive, supportive, drama-free workplace

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has previous experience working in a veterinary hospital (required)
  • Has Leadership Or Supervisory Experience (preferred)
  • Stays calm under pressure and can multitask with a smile
  • Loves people just as much as pets
  • Is dependable, organized, and solution-oriented
  • Bridges positivity, professionalism, and a great sense of humor

This is NOT an entry-level position. Veterinary hospital experience is REQUIRED. If you haven't worked in a veterinary practice before, this isn't the right fit—but we'd love to hear from you for future opportunities!
