What You'll Do:
- Lead and mentor our incredible CSR team
- Deliver exceptional service to clients and their pets
- Manage appointments, phones, and client communications like a pro
- Navigate veterinary software and medical terminology with confidence
- Partner with doctors and technicians to keep the hospital running smoothly
- Help create a positive, supportive, drama-free workplace
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has previous experience working in a veterinary hospital (required)
- Has Leadership Or Supervisory Experience (preferred)
- Stays calm under pressure and can multitask with a smile
- Loves people just as much as pets
- Is dependable, organized, and solution-oriented
