Customer Service - Inside Sales

FASTSIGNS #300201 is hiring for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. The role involves being the first point of contact for customers, preparing estimates, managing work orders, and contributing to the success of the FASTSIGNS Center.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact with current and prospective customers in the FASTSIGNS Center.
• Prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
• Participate in daily team meetings and execute business and marketing plans.
• Work with customers via email, telephone, in‑person, and at their place of business.
• Build long‑lasting relationships by turning prospects into long‑term clients.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn, and able to build relationships.
• Great listening and organization skills.
• Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Ability to work under pressure to produce high‑volume, high‑quality work.

Pay

Competitive hourly rate of $20.00 – $23.00.
