Responsibilities

As a key member of our customer support team, you'll deliver top-tier service by:

• Answering inbound customer calls with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Scheduling pest control and termite treatment appointments
• Resolving billing issues and answering service-related questions
• Updating customer records and service histories in our CRM system

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call center support, especially in fast-paced settings
• A friendly, detail-oriented approach with a passion for helping others
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort using computer systems, scheduling tools, and CRM platforms

• Pay Rate: $22 per hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; one Saturday per month, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Position Type: Full-Time, In-Office
• Location: West Plano, Texas
