About the role

Join our customer service team at a fully remote location. This position involves managing hotel reservations and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and emails regarding hotel reservations
  • Provide accurate and helpful information about hotel amenities and services
  • Process reservations and confirmations
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints
  • Ensure all reservations meet the hotel’s policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of hotel reservation systems

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, customer service, or related field preferred
