About the role
Join our customer service team at a fully remote location. This position involves managing hotel reservations and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails regarding hotel reservations
- Provide accurate and helpful information about hotel amenities and services
- Process reservations and confirmations
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints
- Ensure all reservations meet the hotel’s policies and procedures
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of hotel reservation systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, customer service, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
