About the role
The Customer Service Guru/Product Specialist at Laramie Range Ford is responsible for providing exceptional customer service during the car purchasing process. Our dealership aims to make every customer feel welcome and supported.
Responsibilities
- Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the car dealership
- Aid customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs
- Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and enhance the sales process
- Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
Requirements
- Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday
- A friendly, competitive personality, especially when handling objections and negotiating pricing
- Strong customer service, communication skills, and basic math skills
- An interest in training additional sales associates once up to speed and working in a team environment
- A clean driving record and valid driver’s license
