Customer Service/Front Desk

Working for Goldfish Swim School will allow you to provide children and families with necessary life skills to combat the ever-growing drowning statistics. Whether you are in the pool leading instruction for our swimmers or warmly greeting our members in our tropical lobby as a front desk representative, you are making an impact.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide WOW! Customer Service to our members
• Aid with class scheduling and billing
• Face to face, phone, emails
• Work in a sales capacity to sell new memberships
• General upkeep of the facility
• Disinfecting common areas
• Routine basic cleaning
• Making sure all facility supplies are stocked

Job Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to work with customers
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High energy
• Strong work ethic
• Self starter
• Work under limited supervision
• Must be 19 or older
• Previous work experience recommended but not required
• Must be willing and able to complete in water swimming lesson training
• Must pass background examinations prior to training
