Position Responsibilities

- Manage the daily activities of various Customer Service departments.
- Evaluate team procedures and identify areas for improvement.
- Review performance reports and suggest ways to increase efficiency.
- Resolve escalated customer issues promptly.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of customer service management experience.
