Job Summary
Eggs Unlimited is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong understanding of our products and processes. Experience in the food and beverage manufacturing industry is highly desired.Responsibilities
- Manage incoming EDI/manual orders to fulfillment and resolve any discrepancies.
- Enter orders accurately and promptly.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our egg products, including types, sizes, packaging, and storage requirements.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide detailed information about products, services, and company policies.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Process customer orders and manage order entry in the system.
- Clock in/out for shifts, coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor order status and provide updates to customers as needed.
- Investigate and resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, selecting, and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Work closely with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or food production environment.
- Experience with data entry.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Experience in using Excel: Pivot tables & VLookup and other formulas.
- Requires in-person work Monday - Friday. Based out of Irvine, CA. Overtime hours are expected. Requires coverage for every other weekend and alternate holidays.

- Base Pay: $25.00 - $35.00+ an hour.
