Serves as the primary point of contact for customers
- Handle inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
- Manage order entry, updates, back orders, pricing, and fulfillment tracking
- Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and internal teams to ensure customer requirements and delivery expectations are met
- Address customer requests, including product inquiries, returns, credit requests, and complaints
- Process quality and warranty claims and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activity
- Support transportation and logistics coordination to optimize service and costs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities
- Professional, solutions-focused approach to problem solving
