Serves as the primary point of contact for customers

  • Handle inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
  • Manage order entry, updates, back orders, pricing, and fulfillment tracking
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and internal teams to ensure customer requirements and delivery expectations are met
  • Address customer requests, including product inquiries, returns, credit requests, and complaints
  • Process quality and warranty claims and ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activity
  • Support transportation and logistics coordination to optimize service and costs

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities
  • Professional, solutions-focused approach to problem solving
