About the role

As a Collection Associate you will assist consumers in resolving their accounts in a manner that is ethical, legal, professional, timely, and transparent. The role is fast-paced, dynamic, customer-service focused, and deadline-oriented.

Schedule

• Full-time (40 hr): 4 days of either 7 AM–4 PM or 8 AM–5 PM, plus 1 day of 11 AM–8 PM

Pay

• Base wage: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour
• Commission: $300.00 – $600.00 per month when individual and department goals are met

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• 9+ months of work history (customer service experience preferred)
• Computer and typing skills
• Excellent attendance record
