About The Role We are seeking friendly, motivated, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Cashiers at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores. This role is vital in delivering a positive experience to our customers through fast, friendly, and accurate service. As a cashier, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping them find products, answer questions, and complete transactions efficiently. The position requires flexibility, teamwork, and a willingness to perform various duties depending on business needs. No prior experience is necessary, as we are committed to training and developing our team members. The role also offers opportunities for cross-training in departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership pathways. The physical demands include the ability to lift 25+ pounds and work in different temperature environments, ensuring safety and efficiency in daily operations.
