Customer Service/BDC Associate

About the role

Full-Time BDC Associate-Appointment Setter position available at Audi Sarasota, a proud member of the Sunset Automotive Group family of dealerships. We have an immediate opening for a friendly, customer-focused professional to join our service team as a BDC Associate. In this vital role, you will be working to maintain and grow the service department customer base. You will accomplish this by responding to and reaching out to current and former service customers to schedule service appointments. We are a large volume store and need a strong candidate with previous BDC experience. Successful candidates will also be organized with a strong ability to follow-through, be organized, and have a pleasant personality. Responsibilities

• Taking and making calls to former and current clients to set up service appointments
• Performing other administrative duties as needed
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Setting, confirming, and following up on appointments
• Following up and maintaining relationships with former customers
• Determining each customer's needs by active listening
• Performing surveys with customers

Requirements

• Proven track record as a BDC Associate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Friendly personality and the ability to establish rapport and build relationships to ensure repeat customers
• Strong follow-through and organization
• Computer proficiency
• Representing Sunset Automotive Group and helping to maintain our stellar community reputation of honesty, integrity, and superior customer service
• Displaying excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Pay

$18-$20 per hour, starting pay.
