Position Summary
The Client Care Assistant supports the client care team by assisting with data entry, electronic filing and reviewing paperwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter inquiries, send out agreements, and update tasks for the office team.
- Provide occasional field support, such as delivering supplies (e.g., gloves) to caregivers or clients.
- Collaborate with the office team to ensure smooth coordination of client services.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — comfortable speaking with clients, families, and referral partners.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule between office and field activities.
- Previous experience in healthcare, home care, senior living, or marketing preferred.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
