Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Receives, enters and confirms orders received via, fax, e-mail, and EDI
- Performs filing and scanning tasks
- Performs reporting for daily meetings
- Provides assistance to customers regarding product applications, prices, delivery dates and terms to ensure that customer is satisfied with Reelcraft products
- Provides freight quotes and necessary shipping information related to orders
- Responds to customer questions and issues, following company policies and practices and determines best solution, then coordinates with customer to resolve issue
- Provides Return Goods Authorization to customers when authorized
- Notifies sales reps of all website inquiries regarding Reelcraft products and the response given, including requesting appropriate follow-up by sales reps
- Updates key referral accounts with input from sales reps on which accounts to keep, add or delete and follow-up from sales manager
- Maintains a proactive relationship with distributors within the sales region
- Provides support to sales reps and distributors as needed
Qualification Requirements
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical instructions in diagram form
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
- Successful in multi-tasking of duties prioritizing and meeting deadlines
- Basic computer skills of Microsoft Office Products, including, Excel, Lotus and Access
- Ability to work closely with other departments – handle interruptions courteously
Physical Demands
- Majority of time is spent sitting, talking and using hands/fingers on the computer and calculator
- Occasionally the employee will need to lift boxes up to 30 lbs
