About the role
Position is primarily guest relations/register work. Dealing with guests in person and on the phone. Looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, who is reliable, pleasant and accurate.
Responsibilities
- Helping guests order the right cake for their celebrations
- Making sure orders go off without a hitch
- Playing party planner
- Setting the mood and making a stop in the bakery an event worth posting about
- Creating an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy in the community
