Customer Service Associate - Weekend Availability

About the role

Customer Service Associates impact all areas of the customer experience. Your main priority is to provide great customer service. This role is entry-level and we provide paid training for every new associate.

Responsibilities

• Take orders in the drive-thru
• Assemble orders
• Deliver food to customers
• Clean the dining room
• Interact with customers
• Clean tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant
• Process payments efficiently
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Work together as a team, assisting other crew members with tasks
• Show up to scheduled shifts on time

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Provide quick and friendly service to all customers
• Work under pressure and at a fast pace
• Align with company culture by balancing working hard and having fun
• Take initiative and comply with company policies

Physical Demands

• Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
• Kneel, bend, twist, or stoop
• Ascend or descend stairs
• Reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
• Excellent verbal and written communication

Pay

Starting pay: $15.00 per hour. Within your first year, you can earn up to an extra $1.50 per hour through additional training, certifications, and performance evaluations. Additional $1 per hour after 10 PM.

Schedule

• All shifts available: opening, closing, and everything in between
• Flexible scheduling
