Pay

Starting hiring pay at: $15.50 per hour. Within your first year, you can earn up to an extra $1.50 per hour in pay increases through additional training, certifications, and performance evaluations. Additional $1 per hour after 10pm (must satisfy hours requirement per year).

About the role

As an important part of our team, Customer Service Associates impact all areas of the customer experience. Your main priority is to provide great customer service in an upbeat and fast-paced environment. We are hiring immediately for all shifts: opening, closing, and everything in between.

This position is entry-level with no experience required. We provide paid training for every new Customer Service Associate on the team to prepare you for growth in your Restaurant career.

Responsibilities

• Take orders in the drive-thru
• Assemble orders
• Deliver food to customers
• Clean the dining room, tables, floors, and other areas of the Restaurant
• Talk to customers and provide quick, friendly service
• Process payments efficiently
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Work together as a team, assisting other Crewmembers to ensure continuity of service
• Show up to scheduled shifts on time
• Take initiative and comply with Company policies

Physical requirements

• Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
• Kneel, bend, twist, or stoop
• Ascend or descend stairs
• Reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
